General Reiki Session

 This will be over a zoom session. You do not have to be on camera, I just need to be able to hear you. You will need to be in a quiet place where we will not be disturbed. I will need you to be able to focus and give me feedback.

We will start with balancing each of the chakras and then work on what I sense needs worked on from there. Sessions are not timed but can range from 45 min to a little over an hour. 

Be prepared to communicate with me on what you see, feel, and sense as I work on you, so I know how best to work through them with you. It is common for emotions to come up, memories, etc that need to be processed and released. Some might feel heat, swirling sensations, sometimes pain might increase as we work on things, and then dissipate. There are also times that pain might not be completely released, but can be greatly diminished.

Sometimes multiple treatments are necessary to work through and resolve things completely.
